Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Condition Requirements: Watches must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty cards, manuals).
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and special requests are not eligible for return. For clarifications, contact our support team.
Initiating a Return
- Request Authorization:
- Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order details and reason for return via email or phone.
- Prepare the Return Package:
- Pack the watch securely with all original components and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package or return label.
- Ship Your Return:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Use a reliable, trackable service like FedEx or DHL to send your package.
Refund Details
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14–28 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For clarifications, contact our support team.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return
- Discounted or Promotional Items: Products purchased on sale or during promotions.
- Used or Damaged Watches: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
- Custom and Sourced Watches: Custom orders and sourced timepieces are considered final sale.
- “Price on Request” Items: Watches marked as “Price on Request” cannot be returned.
